The main features apart form the basic requirements which I mentioned in my last post are
You should be able to create a template for every type of inspection you perform.
The software should be able to run on a MC or a Windows PC as well as the PDA or a touch screen type of device as the home inspector will not want to have a bulky keyboard during the home inspection.
The software should be able to store the reports for historical viewing
The software should have the best of the bet capabilities to upload the photographs as well as various forms related to home inspection.
